It covers risks such as: Loss of cargo Physical damage during handling or transit Theft Coverage is available for all modes of transport we offer, including Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land/Road Freight, and Rail Freight.

Insurance premiums are calculated based on the declared value of the goods, the route, and the mode of transport. Why is Insurance Important? In the logistics and freight industry, insurance provides peace of mind by reducing financial risks associated with loss, damage, or unexpected events in the supply chain. It helps safeguard your business and ensures smooth continuity of operations. Who Pays for Shipping Insurance? The buyer (importer) is generally responsible for paying the insurance premium. However, the seller or shipper can arrange the insurance on behalf of the buyer. In case of any claim, our team will assist with the claims process. Refund Policy on Insurance Please note that the insurance premium is non-refundable once the shipment has commenced. Insurance is a protective service and cannot be refunded upon successful delivery.
